This guide explains how to add and assign labels to conversations in the support dashboard. Labels help in tracking and categorizing different types of queries.
Creating a Label
Step 1: Navigate to Settings and select Labels.
Step 2: Click on Add Label.
Step 3: Enter the name of the label. For instance, if tracking return queries, name it "Return".
Step 4: Choose a color for the label and create it.
Assigning a Label to a Conversation
Step 5: Open a conversation. On the right side, under Conversation Actions, find Conversation Labels.
Step 6: Click on Add Labels and search for the label to assign.
Step 7: Select the desired label, in this case "Return", and assign it to the conversation.
