Order receipt campaigns let you send order receipts to customers in WhatsApp. Along with the order receipt, it's beneficial to thank the customer for their purchase.

Go to WhatsApp->auto-campaigns in the sidebar and select buyer from the customer journey stages. From here select order receipt campaign.
Now in the editor, provide your customer support number via which customers can reach back to you. Once you're done, click on save and turn on the campaign.

We use a standard 72-hours attribution period like Facebook Ads and email marketing platforms. This means that someone viewing or clicking on the message sent and purchasing within 72 hours would be attributed as a sale from BiteSpeed.

A visitor who has opted in to WhatsApp using any of the opt-in tools and has purchased a product will receive the message.
It will not be delivered to cart abandoners or anyone who has not purchased.

After setting up the campaign, open up your store URL in an incognito window, opt-in to WhatsApp using any of the opt-in tools on your website and place a test order. You should now receive the order receipt in messenger for the test order placed.
