All the messages sent out by our service are using a common number approved by WhatsApp Business API. As we have global merchants from various different countries, we use +1 numbers which are neutral for every country.
Can we customize the name and display picture for the +1 number?
As +1 numbers are common for all merchants using our service, it is not possible to change the name or the display for one single customer.
How to send messages from a personal number?
As of now, it is not possible to send messages from a personal number using our service. Though we are currently working on it!
